Hanrahan struck McLouth out twice. Both pitches were on the edges. I don't understand why we still need umpires judging balls and strikes-- they are completely irrelevant in that endeavor. The only value they serve is ruining games, and give the Yankees a special strike zone.
There is a box, and the pitch is going to be inside that box, or outside. Both of those pitches were inside it. Barely, sure, but both were.
