    We just need to swing a trade for Zambrano, sign Farnsworth with Padilla and pick up Jonny Gomes and we'll have the toughest team with baseball. The Yankees and Rays will take at bats from someplace safe like the dugout.

    We now have 12 teams for the redraft (although one of them is Youker) so unless anyone else is interested, I will have the draft ready to go by tomorrow at 1pm. There is still time to join if interested.

    We need at least 1 more team before we can get started. I'll eventually make the draft and discussion thread, determine the draft order, and finalize a few rules (with your opinions of course)

    I'm not sure that this has been said, but I think that Lackey now has to play for the league minimum in 2015 if he missed significant time due to a preexisting elbow injury, which may cover Tommy John Surgery. Straight from Cot's 2015 club option at Major League minimum salary if Lackey misses significant time with surgery for pre-existing elbow injury in 2010-14

    Sounds fine to me, we'd need at least 1 more team, I'd ultimately prefer to have 16 teams, but if we can't that, then we can start earlier with 12.

    For the record, some of those names are dirt cheap and had very little expectations, therefore, barring any locker room cancers, I wouldn't consider McDonald, Miller, or Jackson to be baggage. Part of it is the other players fault for being bad enough or injured enough whereby those other players had to receive playing time.
