  1. It must suck to lose to the Dominican in a grammar related issue. That's like losing to the white guy in anything athletic.
  2. Man, this baseball game and my NBA game didn't turn out so well. Oh, well there's always the NFL...
  3. I'd help, but I'm not in the league. For shame too.
  4. The best part is, I was watching the game with a bunch of Yankee fans when it was 4-0, and they were in my face as they climbed back to 6-4. I left to go to my room and it's now 7-6 and I'd love to tell them all to choke on my balls, but I'm not a sore winner. A sore loser, sure, but never a sore winner, no matter how much I hate the Yankees or their fans.
  5. I'm working on continuing my sports radio show as well, but I'll provide more details when it gets up and running.
  6. For point of reference, both Mendenhall and Parker fumbled last week. I was about to strangle them because I had Roethlisberger and Ward (and Pitt's D) on my team. And the Steelers are more pass heavy than usual, so I think Gore is the clear start.
  7. This is going to be a big week over here, not only do we have the Pats game in London but we have the 6-0 vs. the 5-1 in my fantasy league.
  8. Funny how I'm trying to maintain doing the exact opposite.
  9. Just knowing that a bunch of Yankee fans are grinning while watching this game is enough to make my blood curdle. If the Angels are going to knock us out of the playoffs they should at least finish the job and take the damn Yankees out as well.
  10. Because he has a f***** brain.
  11. For the record, I'm not suggesting that we go ahead and trade Papelbon. I never said that. But at the same time I don't think we can blow it off and act like it's impossible to improve our team while trading Papelbon. We have to explore our options and see what comes up. I personally believe that he'll still be here next year, but we can't act like he's a godsend and an untradeable/irreplaceable asset. Then his ego will be justified.
  12. If Ronnie Brown gets more than 2 yards (net of fumbles) I'll be 5-0. Freakin' sweet. I'm owning the Americans in my league at this.
  13. I understand that. My point is that none of these teams are jumping to a deal where Buchholz is the centerpiece. My point is that Buchholz might not be as good as many of these people think and that the other GM's don't see Buchholz in the same light as many people here do. In addition, I believe that Buchholz not being traded is more because of the other GM's not being willing to trade a star player for him (in a package deal) rather than being because the Red Sox see Buchholz as indispenable or irreplaceable (as Dojji seems to put it). Jumping off of that, I'll say that if any of those GM's make Adrian Gonzalez, Hanley Ramirez, King Felix or somewhat of that caliber in a deal involving Buchholz, that the Sox front office (as well as most of us here) would jizz themselves at trading Buchholz (depending on what the other pieces are) to get a player like Gonzo, Ramierz or Felix.
  14. I agree, but not because of anything you've said, but rather that no team would give up one of those players (Adrian Gonzalez, Hanley Ramirez, King Felix) for Clay Buchholz. They'd want (and rightfully so) substantially more.
  15. I was wondering what you thought of my this week's matchup. I'm not sure if I should start Peyton Manning or Ben Roethlisberger. Who do you see winning this week? Peyton Manning (or Big Ben) vs. Tennessee (or Detroit) Hines Ward vs. Detroit Steve Smith (CAR) vs. Washington Steve Smith (NYG) vs. Oakland Adrian Peterson vs. Saint Louis Ronnie Brown vs. New York Jets Brett Celek vs. Tampa Bay David Akers vs. Tampa Bay Pittsburgh D vs. Detroit vs. Matt Schaub vs. Arizona TJ Housmanzadeh vs. Jacksonville Steve Breaston vs. Houston Pierre Garcon vs. Tennessee Rashard Mendenhall vs. Detriot Steven Jackson vs. Minnesota Todd Heap vs. Cincinnati Lawrence Tynes vs. Oakland Dallas D vs. Kansas City
  16. Well that's only because if they play badly for one more game then the season's over...
  17. I don't know if I should be happy or sad.
  18. More like hurt. Not necessarily injure. Just f*** those ho's up a bit before they get the easy street pass to the next round. Maybe even throw in a pimp slap or two for good measure. Besides, that's a really "ghey" way to spell gay.
  19. That really means something coming from you. :thumbdown
  20. They should at least injure some of the Yanks to have them depleted for the next round. That's about all they can do to stop these asses.
  21. Why don't the Twins just give up all together? That way at least when the Yankees play in the ALCS they will be cold from not playing for a week or so. Now the Yankees will be hot after steamrolling these guys, and the worst possible thing for this world is a winning Yankees team.
  22. God damn it. I really want the f***** Yankees to lose in the first round. Just get these a******* out of the playoffs.
  23. God damn it. That's not what I wanted to happen.
