  1. Since being recalled from WOO: 1185 OPS
  2. He's still in High A. I think his proximity is very far away and the pitching he's facing now is nothing compared to what he'd see at AA, let alone MLB. He's bat first without much glove. I don't see a team trying to carry him on their bench for a year. The more attractive player would be Castro IMO.
  3. Some people get freaky.
  4. If they are picking right this second: Fitts Dobbins Guerrero Yorke
  5. I think they like Walter enough. He's a spot starter and they keep him in AAA through 2025 at least because of his options.
  6. I think Horn, Keller and Anderson are probably gone, but will be replaced by other AAAA/MLB bullpen guys (or it leaves room for a Rule 5 pick).
  7. Winckowski is the turd in the punchbowl that people in the org don't like. He wasn't sent to AAA because he's a horrible pitcher, it's because he refused to follow Andrew Bailey's program. Get him out of here. Bad teammate.
  8. The sample size is healthy vs injured. He started the season healthy and pitching well. That's my position.
  9. @SoxNotes The Red Sox lead the American League with 69 stolen bases. Leaders: Hamilton 18 Duran 17 Rafaela 9 Abreu 7 Nice.
  10. Neither was very highly rated from what I remember.
  11. His first 5 games were great just as he was in Spring Training. He got injured.
  12. Probably need to open up 4 spots on the 40 man aside from FA losses: Romy or Westbrook DFA Dalbec DFA Uwasawa DFA Winckowski trade for prospects
  13. Campbell did NOT struggle out of the gate. He pitched well the first few games and then got injured. He then tried to pitch through the injury. First 5 appearances: 2.08 ERA 2.00 FIP 458 OPS Last 2: 36.00 ERA 16.65 FIP 1743 OPS
  14. Well, whatever he saw in Binelas was a mirage.
  15. Early, Wehunt and every college pitcher not named Duffy and Weins pitched really well in Salem. Nelly Taylor's stats aren't popping off the page, but MiLB guys really like him. Riemer has still yet to play an inning and Anderson needs a while to get his game going.
  16. Romero -23 Coffey -35 Anthony - 1 Rogers -47 Meidroth - 11 Dean - 595 OPS, 1.04 WHIP for Salem Hoppe -41 Brand - recently promoted to POR, GRE: .448 OPS, 0.00 ERA, 0.94 WHIP Brannon -39 Isaac Coffey - lots of love given to him last year by some posters Mullins - 32 Ehrlicher -52 Seems like a solid draft to me. If Mikey can stay healthy, it really improves the outlook of the team and Cutter (HS bat) has been mashing lately.
  17. Glad to be wrong! 2 of the 3 in the win column!
  18. I don't want a longterm replacement level player in my lineup.
  19. They stated as much. Abreu signed early in the offseason. Astros just offered a larger contract.
  20. Cutter Coffey last 4 games: 8-16 2B 4 HR 7 RBI 3 BB 2 K 1868 OPS
  21. @JeffPassan The Houston Astros released first baseman José Abreu. He is owed more than $30 million on the free agent deal he signed last year. One of Chaim's big priority targets in the 23 offseason.
