    They were a good pitching and defense team with the worst offense in the league. I wasn't wrong about how they were playing with Mayer, Story, Duran, Narvaez in the lineup. They are still 28th in HR and only 1 from last place. Romy hasn't been Romy and Cheng's numbers are going to come down quick (inflated BABIP and 30%+ k rate). I do NOT care about the 3rd WC in a terrible AL. I don't. They are 51-48. They need to keep winning.

    Eyanson has the higher ceiling IMO. I think Early may have the higher return in a trade. I deal Early. Rotation in 27: Crochet?, Gray, Suarez, Tolle, Bennett Rotation in 28: Crochet, Suarez, Tolle, Bennett, Eyanson

    I knew he was really intense and was a power/glove guy. I didn't realize he was going to completely ball out and play like a maniac. Sox should have acquired him years ago. Red Sox need players with fire in their bellies.

    He's great for a bench player. If you have a high caliber SS, maybe you can keep running him out at 2B. Sox aren't in that position though. Right now, they are kind of holding their noses in a few areas and just getting by. Durbin has 9 HR in his last 33 G. I don't see him keeping up that pace. Sox are 24th or lower in wRC+ at DH, C, 2B, SS, LF.

    Their W/L was on pace with the 1930's. Their offense was at the bottom of the league. It was worse than 1992. I guess the argument is 1965 then? To me, the demarcation in the Red Sox is '67. Everything before then is ancient history. The modern Sox started with the impossible dream.

    They needed a 2025 Guardians run just to get over .500 to be buyers at the deadline and they got it.

    They were the worst offense in MLB. If you didn't think so, you don't believe in statistics.
