Yes, the only way they can't is when there is a certain number of A FA available. This class was above that number, so they are free to sign at will I believe.

With all do respect, my personal view is, if the # isn't retired then it should be available. If they want to not issue it for a few seasons so be it. But after awhile let's move on.

So can we please pass #21 onto someone now. If someone can wear Manny's # then all of the #'s should be available(except the retired ones of course).

I'd pass on him for now. I think the theory of them waiting around to see if the economy worsens, and see if any teams are forced to move higher priced guys. They might be able to collect a few surprises just because they can absorb the $. I think they can go with what they got now, and see who becomes available later down the road.

As far as Ortiz goes, the ones stating his 1B ability :stop: smoking meth. He would last 2 weeks playing the field everyday. As far as his bouncing back. Of course it can happen. But there is also eveidence to the to the opposite happening. This season will do alot to tell which way it's going. And if Theo decides the team will be better of in the long run then so be it.

Byrd must have no interest from anyone. Same as Tek. Looks might there might not be any compensation for anyone.

I wouldn't know, I have never messed with anything else besides Weed/Hash. And Weed and Hash are the only things I've seen dealt over the counter. It's not actually legal here either. It's tolerated. You can have up to 5 grams on you before the cops can do anything. My Girlfriend's work just had the next door neighbor get busted for about 250 plants LOL. The tolerance here fluctuates, but I agree it should be tolerated everywhere. People are always going to smoke. If you legalize/decrimanlize it, you'll get a spike in use but after the intial rush wears off, it will level off. You'll lose the smokers who smoke because it's against the law, but in the end, the people who are gonna smoke are gonna smoke. I think it could be legalized once the government figures out how to Tax and control it to there advantage. I also think they will need a way to test if youve smoked recently, DUI/DWI type thing. Not sure how the drug testing would work for compaines Insurance deals. But if it's not illegal, then I'd imagine they wouldn't test for THC. If they can sell cigarettes that are known to kill you, and alcohol( we are all aware of the baggage it carries), there should be no reason you can't go home after work and fire up a bowl and watch tv.

Nope I never mind questions about the weed here or anything else for that matter:D It ranges from different coffee shops. But Lower end stuff(I say lower end but it's prolly better then most in the states) goes from 6-8 euros a gram. But I get Orange(really really goos stuff) normally and that goes for 20 euros for like 3.2 grams.It doesn't sound like alot, but you don't need to smoke nearly as much. I smoke everyday and 3 grams last me 1 1/2-2 weeks. I had 2 girls from America this summer staying with us while they where playing softball for our club. They wanted to try it, so I rolled them a joint, and like dumbass california girls they smoked the whole damn thing LOL They went to there room to hang out and I didn't see them for hours, one of the apparently was seeing things!hahaha It was so funny. The THC content is so much higher here then it is there, it's like almost 20%. Where as most really good stuff in the states comes in around 8-10%, most Americans come here and think they can be big boys and smoke, but usually after 10mins they can barely move!hahaha If theres anything else ya need to know, feel free to ask. :thumbsup:
