  1. Wow. Pathetic display. You guys wanna see a real closer, watch the game tonight in the top of the 9th.
  2. This game isn't over yet. As much as I want it to be, it's not.
  3. You only get five or six a century anyways. You're way ahead of your pace.
  4. I am so glad I bought Angels ALCS tickets. RIP 2009 Red Sox.
  5. I lose the convenience charge. About six bucks a ticket, lol.
  6. It's sad. I'm hoping the Red Sox come back because it's the Angels that scare me, not the Red Panties.
  7. Doubtful. Doubtful. I'll scalp them. Gotta make up for those 12 Tigers ALDS tickets, LOL!
  8. I am so glad I bought Angels ALCS tickets. The red sox are finished.
  9. All I have to say is "HOLY s***!". Back with more after I get home.
  10. The only thing good about losing for you guys is you come right back tomorrow. The worst is losing game 1 and then waiting two days for the next game.
  11. Here is the original thread: http://www.talksox.com/forum/damn-yankees/12291-no-question-molina-better-than-posada.html Now...let's take a look at the final regular season stats (stats courtesy of Baseball Reference): Molina's CERA: 3.31 Posadas' CERA: 5.02 That's a net loss of 1.71 runs a game when Posada catches. Now let's look at runs created per game based upon 5 ABs a game: Molina's (RC/G)*5AB: 0.46 Posada's (RC/G)*5AB: 1.22 Net runs lost when Molina catches: 0.76 runs Total: 0.95 runs a game. Even when factoring in Molina's horrific production at the plate, and Posada's great offense [for a catcher]. The Yankees lost a run a game when Posada catches in 2009. Jacko...DON'T EVER QUESTION ME AGAIN. EVER. YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE.
  12. I can't wait to start a game thread this series.
  13. This is probably true.
  14. Just got back after partying at a bar. I LOVE IT!!!!
  15. A true Red Sox fan would want to face the Yankees in the ALCS. Yankees in three.
  16. Thank God. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/playoffs/2009/news/story?id=4537038
  17. Told ya. I have been saying it all year. The Yankees WILL win with Molina. They MAY win with Posada, and it will be in SPITE of him.
  18. I would make one change. You don't need both Guzman and Gardner. I'd rather see Cervelli. Reasoning being is that Molina will catch Burnett, and it would allow the Yankees to DH Posada if they wanted his bat in there instead of Matsui. I really hope they pitch Burnett in game 2. I trust him a ton more than I do Pettitte. Pettitte is s***. With Molina catching Burnett, he is one of the best pitchers in the AL. Look it up.
  19. I think that you should start Dice-K, because Buchholz is clearly the better pitcher.
  20. Let me get this straight.... You're saying that Fenway is not as good a homerun park as Shea?
  21. We shall see.
