    No one has ever experienced the tooth fairy. People who have played the game and coached have experienced clutch/choking can describe what it is. Maybe they can define it. I have never asked them for a definition.

    I gave you this answer once already: You don't know who I have talked to. I will side with the players and coaches on this issue -- even the ones with whom I have not talked. A lot of them have written about it and talked about it.
