1. The Boston Globe reports that the Red Sox, Dodgers and A's have discussed a three-way deal that would send David Wells to the Dodgers and prospects to the A's. Boston would receive a corner outfielder from the Dodgers plus a player from Oakland.
Make this deal something like....
LAD gets---David Wells
BOS gets---Justin Duchscherer, Jayson Werth
OAK gets---Jonathan Broxton, Etanislao Abreu
2. Make the mlbtraderumors proposed 3 team deal with the Cubs and Mariners...
BOS gets--- Jeremy Reed, Will Ohman
CHC gets--- Raul Ibanez, Graffanino, Cash
SEA gets--- Arroyo, Patterson, Jeremy West and John Leicester
3. Sign Alex Gonzalez for 2 years at 8$ million. I dont care what anyone thinks, hes a much better SS than Alex Cora. He has a lot more potential as a hitter and is already great defensively. Last year he hit .268 which was his best AVG. so far and 2 years ago he hit 23 homeruns.
Scouting Report on Gonzalez before 2005 season..
