Why does the freaking camera keep going back to Bello with a towel on his head?

Wilson does the job--a K and a foul popout.

Similar to Story's 1st 3 years with the Sox .

45 days out of 180 is miniscule compared to Story's missed games.

That said, 45 days just might work, but how can anyone be sure it isn't more?

Campbell sucks and further stresses Chapman.

I C better be gone tonight. There's a room vacancy at the Lazy Arms in Worcester

No walks for Bello was sweet.

I Campbell was a promising get via trade, but he looks like toast, now. Gotta think Criswell, Murphy or Bernardino can do better.

I'm hoping this Story is the true Story.

Abreu fell below .800, and Romy is slipping a bit, too.

This game got a little too close for comfort, but a win is a win.

SEA lost and the Yanks are losing.

We all understood why from the get go.  Why is he still there if he can be sent to Worcester and be available on one day's notice or even the same day?

Narvaez still needs more rest. Do we need DHam, Grissom, Eaton or Sogard? I'd love to see Jh Garcia, but we already have too many OF'ers on the 26. The only non-pitcher guy I'd call up would be KC, and that would be for Toro, but I could see keeping Toro on the bench over a 3rd catcher.

Having 3 catchers does allow for a PH for the .441 Wong.

That's all I got. I'd be fine with cutting Sanchez loose, but he's out of options, so AAA is not a choice, unless he clears waivers.

When it comes to pitching, Woo has been full of s°°° for a long time.

Criswell and Uberstine are okay, but yes, pretty lame.

We have used 31 pitchers, already- many from Woo. 2 were everyday players (Toro & Eaton) and 4 are gone (Newcomb, Fulmer, Alcala & Burdi, and then there was Priester- UGH-LEE!

These guys started in Woo and were called up and gave us this: (listed by most IP)

4.13 Dobbins

4.83 Fitts

3.05 Murphy

3.57 Criswell

4.15 Guerrero

3.86 Winckowski

Under 10 IP: I Campbell, Stock & Moran

Bello & Gio started the season on the IL and then did some rehab in Woo.

The Yankmees are now ahead.
We do have several players who are slipping, as you noted.
Rafaela is at .731 OPS and 101 OPS+, both of which I can live with as long as he’s in CF. That means Romy at 2B and hopefully we can find someone besides Toro to play 1B. Maybe Mayer will get well. Then he can move to 2B. Toro has become useless.

Pretty good.  Thanks.
