Seems like “ Fitts” should be only part of his name. Where’s the rest of it? Should add “”Patrick” or “Gerald” or something.

Only us diehards left here on the forum. Everyone else-just fair weather fans 😉

Hate rooms with echoes. Let everyone note that Fred was the last man standing!

Outta here

Sorry man. I was getting the echo effect too, and held off for a while (dinner time in the Pacific time zone).  Now I'm back and you're gone.  Maybe another time.

I took a N0-DOZE to finish watching the SOX offense. But, like I posted yesterday, these two teams are equally matched and that's not a compliment.

Btw, when I posted 'SOX offense,' that qualifies as an oxymoron.

Festa-isn’t that something a wound does if it’s not properly attended to?

Wonder why Valdez is still making the team. He’s literally useless in every aspect of the game.

He swings hard and may accidently hit the ball. Similar to most of the team lately.

The umpire hasn't been a model of consistency on balls and strikes, but in fairness both starting pitchers worked the top and bottom of the strike zone very effectively, ditto some of the relievers, giving blue a lot of close decisions to make.

The SocK's just Kan't maKe KontaKe. Sorry for all the K's.

Cole Sands is a converted starter whose fastball has played way up as a reliever.  He's one of the few pleasant surprises for Twins fans this season.

Is there a consensus here about the prospect of an automated strikezone?  Me, I look forward to it.

Jhoan Duran in the 8th is kind of a novelty for the Twins this season.  He's pretty reliable in the 9th but has been uber-shaky in the 8th for some reason.  Twins dodged a serious bullet this time.

Hitting the SOX best contact hitter was probably a good idea.

If Duran had the command to pinpoint the pitch to hit a batter's toe, he shouldn't waste his talents hitting guys' toes.  😀  He's just what you call "effectively wild" sometimes.

Nah, with this SOX offense, the Twins only dodged a rubber bullet.

The Twins manager with a RH pitcher on the mound should have IW Masa. Maybe he fell asleep like I did earlier.

Henriquez has been, shall we say, inconsistent.  A walkoff is a pretty strong possibility now.

Game plan of course was for Duran to deal with the middle of the lineup 1-2-3.  Instead the lesser reliever faces the top of the order.  Duran didn't quite do the job as planned and now we face the consequences.
