I see your disinterest and raise you my disinterest, which I believe is more than your disinterest.

Bernie not real sharp tonight. But Pivetta left them with a 4-0 deficit and a bullpen burner of a game, so that's on Nick.

Kelly walking the leadoff in the 7th with a 8-4 lead wasn't brilliant either.

The old line, "If I wanted to watched trained seals put a ball in a basket, I'd go to Seaworld"

Used to be an NBA fan, but now just the NCAA--and maybe not that for long.

The SOX are trying to make this into a drama.

Whoa, Nellie. The first part of the drama was coming from behind by 4 to ahead by four with a rotten lineup and against an excellent pitching staff. Given that, giving up a run in the 7th is hardly cataclysmic.

True, but I posted that before the last out in the top of the 7th.

I follow all the Boston sports teams. This Celtics team set all time records for offensive efficiency.

Wong, overall is a good hitter this year, but you can still make him look foolish, two ways . Trying to bunt and chasing very wide sweepers. His job was to move the runners over

Wong should be an all star

Wally Pipp, the starting 1st baseman for the Yankems, got injured and was replaced by Lou Gehrig. Wally never played 1st base for the Yankems again. I don't think that's gonna happen to Casas.

I was drinking at an outside bar here in Syracuse, which is Yankem country, when Nava hit that grand slam on his 1st at bat. I was a little drunk and outnumbered by Yankem idiots. I was fortunate to leave that bar alive.

I know Devers' OBS is around .930 at this point in the season, which is excellent. I'd like to know what his OBS is with men on base?

You're drunk now that the beat the Phillies, it is OPS you mean

Good comeback win by the SOX.

Kenley, who should deservedly end up in the HOF, is likely to be traded. IMHO, if the SOX are gonna trade him, they should do it while he's healthy and not risk waiting for the trade deadline.

A truly great win to get to .500 against a tough team. I, too, hope they can convert Kenley into trade value in about a month. His 9th was too typical, and they will not sign him again
