Last night's game was a perfect reflection of two teams who rarely win games 7.

Yes, and someone had to win. Looks like the Sway Man is finally the #1 goalie. U of Maine grad.👍

But the Bruins have won 4 Game 7's against the Leafs since 2013. That's nuts! My brother-in-law is a devout Leafs fan, I feel sorry for him.

The BRUINS/Leafs rivalry is similar to the SOX/Yankems rivalry before 2004.

Also interesting is the last time the Leafs won the cup was 1967; the year baseball turned around in Boston.

Bell, I truly hope you have a win up your sleeve today, with the bats breaking out.

This team is over 20% into the season and is a couple over .500, despite the best pitching stats in baseball because..... wait for it, no real balance in their hitting. The recent roster shuffling and sudden appearance of Grissom, Cooper, Smith has not ignited a spark yet.

Boston first innings are always exciting. Duran jumps the first pitch out of the zone and pops to the SS. Nevers watches K3 go by, and Refsnyder pops out. I know Ryan is a good pitcher.

Devers has 10 rbi's , only 1 less than the late Enmanuel Valdez and Yoshida. I hope all his fans enjoy the next 10 years.

Good or average pitcher. Against this SOX lineup does it matter?

What is it called when a ball struck into fair territory goes over the wall or fence and is grabbed by a fan? A home run.... don't be embarrassed as a Sox fan if you were not recently familiar with Home Runs, solo or otherwise.

Nevers is now upgraded to making productive outs. It's progress.

Hey, Vegas, do you remember the football player Ernie Nevers? Btw, he also played baseball for the St Louis Browns.

Dever's namesake, Ernie Nevers, was a great player but alas, Never won a SB.

BRUINS begin their series against the Panthers tomorrow night. Talk about no rest for the weary. Well, it's the BRUINS' fault for extending the Leafs to 7 games.

Better hope the Panthers are rusty from waiting on that very exciting finish. Boston's offense just appeared so uncoordinated throughout this series and power plays were a joke.

The BRUINS will only go as far as their goaltending allows. Offensively, the BRUINS are challenged.

Devers is still young at 27, but is it remotely possible his best years are behind him? I certainly hope not, but either way, he's gonna be one rich SOB.

Long-term contracts. Who wouldn't want one?

It could be that the shoulder and or knee are becoming chronic soreness that slows his game down, and he could be just in a slump.

But your thought does ring true also . He may not be the player, say Mookie Betts is.
