The guy has hit for long stretches in MLB, already.

Fairly amazing that the non-correlation of hitting and pitching outcomes , since all are merely the sum of individual occurrences, for the Red Sox appears to be that when the hitters hit, the pitchers suck and almost perfectly vice versa.
