We all get to eat crow, except maybe for moonslav, because we all thought ERod was beyond reclamation.

I get as frustrated as anyone here. Sometimes I have to convince myself to take the long view.

Players rarely follow patterns based on just what they have done, lately.

Look at Santana, now. I may end up eating the same crow some of you all have on ERod. Of course, ERod went like 48-12 before this recent funk, so I had reason to think he may not have been toast.

The whole long term COVID effects are largely unknown. Some have felt better then feel weak again. He may slide again, but I’m hopeful he’s back for good.

The thing I love about ERod is that he looks like he never breaks a sweat. That dude must be the most chill dude you ever met. Not sure of it's ice in his veins, or he just wants get to the taco stand.

In a way..... EROD maybe the best trade we have made in the last decade.

I would like to see ERod’s BABIP in recent games. I bet it has regressed as I expected early in the season.

I was the only one here that said Whitlock is amazing. And now look. We all love him!

Ok I made that up. We all knew he was a complete stud but still….. and yes Santana has been brilliant too. I swear players just love playing for this team. Brings out the best in any and every player. We truly have an amazing team.

I needed that reminder, having forgotten the somewhat unique and certainly scary effect COVID had on ERod's heart.

Ugh fack here we go……. This is why I say nothing positive till end of game.

Remind me again why E Rod didn’t go another inning ?

They went with Whitlock. I thought they would bring ERod back for the 7th. Ottavino likely the 8th.

"They" don't look so smart to these old eyes.

Whitlock pitched well. He is still a stud.

Let’s go!

Ask Cora. I'm pretty sure E-Rod didn't ask to be taken out.

I swear it was because the computer has every MLB manager terrified of letting his starter go thru the opposing lineup three times. ERod was beyond question pitching great and easily handled the top third of the A's order for the third time in the bottom of the 6th inning.

My guess? ERod needed a shout out start like this to add more confidence.

Also, our pen has been great.

Blows my mind…… don’t get me wrong. Whitlock is fantastic so I wasn’t against it but still…. Let the man go 7. Oh well.

Hernández is warming up. I thought Taylor or Ottavino were going to pitch next.

Not sure why Cora loves to send Hernandez in high leverage situations.

I don’t get it either. Ottavino should be coming in right now.
