The A's now have the best AL record by 1/2 game over us & CWS.

 

TBR & HOU are 1/2 game behind us.

 

It looks like a battle between the 5 teams teams like the Yanks and Guardians still in the mix.

The radio announcers the other day mentioned that Santana was overdue for a hit. I agree that he is overdue, but he is overdue for being DFA’d. I have had enough of this guy... especially as a lead off hitter.

There's a fine line between being patient with a player and falling in love with him so much you become blind to his ineptitude. In the case of Santana, it is the latter
