Thankfully I have to work from 7-9. Hope to see something good when I get done. If not, no worries! I'll just watch something else or do some reading

Oh good idea. The new issue of Spider-Man is a gooder!

I also just finished storm of the century. Stephen King. Very good.

No. Bad form. No correlation with winning or losing. It just isn't good mojo.

The problem is, if we win, will we have to get the date wrong until we lose?

I'll add that to my list. Until school ends, I'm stuck reading course materials

Well some course material is alright. Depends what it is. Some is utter crap and boring too lol

Don’t suck tonight WEEI. It’s nice out and I am cooking outside so listening rather than watching. Jays won again. Won’t it be sweet when the Sox get in the win column and the O’s beat the Yankees? lol

Calgary Alberta Canada. Pushing 60F this afternoon. Supposed to be this way next couple of days.

We are like the Denver of Canada. In the foothills of the Rockies so any weather at any time. Lol.

It is early in game 4. But through the first three games and part of an inning, are there any pitches this Red Sox team think they should take or are they going to just swing at everything?

I guess it will be swing at everything.

Terrible, rotten, stinking, lousy, horrible mojo and form. And completely compatible with the Sox hitting, pitching, defense, etc to date.

I also can't edit the title.

Admittedly I haven't been paying attention to the Sox moves or anything for awhile (life can be a bitch) but WHAT is this roster?!

You'll have to ask that question of ownership, or of that apparently significant portion of the fan-base who are fine with losing the best player in the league along w/ anyone else whose dWAR or FanGraphs rating isn't up to snuff.

Pivetta looks sharp wow. 60 pitches. If he hits 80 in the 4th I’m guessing they won’t bring him in for the fifth.

Beautiful part of the world up there. I've only ever been to the American Rockies once or twice, but before COVID, my brother used to go to Calgary all the time. He works for an investment bank, specifically in the M&A division for oil and energy companies. Hence his frequent trips to Calgary. He raves about it, especially in the summer

Pivetta has always been known to have very good stuff: he's just never put it all together.

The high BB/9 rate has hurt.

Pivetta has a pretty good assortment of pitches.

Ya he’s been sharp! I’m surprised to say the least.

Bats are starting to wake up too.

Wonder if I ever crossed paths with your bro. I used to be a senior exec at a company here but got tired of the biz and punched out early. Small world.
