Offense is fine. Cheaper or not this rotation was an epic failure and disappointment. On paper we had the best rotation in the league or one of them a top 5. And instead it was one of the worst. Putrid

If what you say is true(who knows?), then there's no point in chasing Cole. Just enjoy the excitement of challenging the O's for last place.

Our offense was number one for most of the season, top 5 right now. Offense wasn’t, is not, and will not be our problem. Pitching is. Tampa Offense isn’t even close to ours and they are a playoff team because of good pitching. If our rotation is half decent next year we will be a force again like last year.

But according to the OP, Workman is part of the problem since he walks so many. Unlike the rest of them, he at least seems able to work around them a vast majority of the time.

Workman arguable was the toughest pitcher to hit against this season. If the OP or any poster thinks he’s a problem they need their head examined immediately or drug tested. Workman should be signed long term.
