If I were the pitching coach for either one of these guys I would have already lost my mind and been beating them with a stick in the dugout.

In fact, I fully expect Willis and LaVangie to simply agree to switch and coach the other guy for a couple innings because WHY NOT!

MLB PITCHING SUCKS now.

Well now we have a shot in this contest of pitching futility because their idiot has to come out and pitch again.

Five Starters in the AL this year under 3 ERA: Verlander, Cole, Morton, Minor, and our man Miley. Wonders will never cease! It can be done.

Oh man...that got the big bone of the hand and that carries an aftershock to it that is almost as bad as taking one in the nuts.

Kinda be surprised if Perez stays in this game. That is going to hurt more 5 minutes from now and its going to hurt more 5 more minutes after that.

I litterally hate this teams baseball IQ maybe the dumbest players ? Coaches ? We have ever witnessed .Dave Dumbo still sticks with a bullpen catcher as his pitching coach .Disgusting year .

Most Red Sox teams, even the really losing ones, have shown more zest and fight than this 2019 version. I guess this is what comes from winning it ALL (not much left in reserve).

I remember the year Pedro led the AL with an ERA under 2. Clemens was 2nd with an ERA over 3. This was at the height of the steroid era.

Minor league team near me, the Clinton Lumberkings are having Denny McLain bobble head night this Friday. Last pitcher (and no one will ever do it again) to win 30 games. He will be there to sign autographs. He pitched there in 1962. He won 30 games when pitchers pitched deep into games and didn't let crappy bullpens (like ours) blow wins for them.

Were they playing with a 2019 ball that year? I vaguely remember that big discrepancy between Pedro and the rest of the AL.
