Taylor in; let the griping begin.

Taylor's fresh and used to high leverage MLB situations. What's that ? His first time ! Nice Alex

Geez look at Weber's pitching line. Worse, they put his photo next to it. Looked like he was on a bender.

And last time out most of you couldn’t praise Weber enough.

He is what he is. A #6/7 starter.

Praising Weber for exceeding his abilities is to Ryan's credit. Fans appreciate a boy scout who helps the team. Expecting him to be a regular starter and highly effective is DD/Cora's fault, not the fans. He was always a filler, not a building block

I was watching part of the Yankem game earlier. Hard to believe but Chad Green has worse stats as a reliever than anyone in the SOX BP. The difference is the Yankems don't have as many bad relievers as the SOX.

I am curious but does this team still have playoff aspirations? They can’t keep throwing a crappy fifth starter. What’s the deal with eovaldi? Any progress?

Note to Devers, slamming the bat while still in hand is a good way to hurt fingers, wrists, arms and shoulders, all of which are necessary to hitting. Note to JDM; go watch some video of yourself

So Beiber has not pitched well either. But which team has put up two innings with goose eggs and which one has scored every inning?

Still winnable game but they have to get something going. The series against the Yankees looks worthless. Edited by d-money

If there's anything going for us in that series, it's the pitching matchups. I like the draw all 4 days, even Price on Sunday night in his house of horrors

That was Devers doing his impersonation of Pete Townshend.

Yes but a split doesn’t do us good. I am sure the Yankees would settle for that.
