Price smartening up at least a little. Would not throw Sanchez a pitch anywhere near the outer half. He was WAYYYYYY outside to Sanchez

Spoke too soon :(

Everything about this team stinks right now. They did not show up for this series. Again nothing of this matters come october but i hate losing to this team.

He is beating these guys on the outside and these miss hits are going out of the little league park.

Well we better hope he doesn’t lay an egg at Fenway.

Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. Yankees are already in his head. This close to playoffs makes me cringe.

Both of his homeruns and even Andujar's are gone in TB as well, so it wasn't entirely the stadium. Yankee Stadium is certainly short in RF, but its really short in RCF. All of the HRs were dead to RF

Actually it does matter because there's no switch to turn on an offense. This offense has been mostly weak since the ASB and there's no hint at this point that it's gonna turn around in 2 weeks.

Our hitters have to learn to hit in this park and our pitchers have to learn to pitch in it. Even JD has got to trade those nice looking base hits for HR's. He is in the middle of our order for God sake.

JD would be an absolute beast in Yankee Stadium

Well there is another element to that post ASB thing. Didn't I say that the pitchers around the league had learned how to pitch to us. You have made close to if not the same comment.

3 front row RF porch HRs. It isn't even a major league park in RF.

That's why I hated to see Brasier come in against Walker last night. I sensed the homer right from the first pitch.

Agreed...he is a really good oppo hitter to begin with. Slight adjustment and he is a monster in this place.

Walker HR last night was crushed, that was out even in fenway

See where Judge's body position was on that 0-0 swing. If that went to RF it would have been an accident of pitch location. Even with a pitch outside, that was an honest RH hitter swing.

I hate getting shellacked in this place. But I understand it at least from the hitters perspective. You can't grove your hitters for a park they play in 19 times a season. You have to grove them for the park where you play 81 if you are going to grove them for anywhere.

But its the pitchers that have to do much better in this place and Price.........FORGET HIM in this building.

What is an "honest" swing? Going the other way is good baseball and it is a method to stay on a breaking pitch and stay up the middle with a fastball. Our stadium should keep RHH slump proof as they shouldn't be looking for a pulled homer every time up. Alas, it doesn't always happen

This is the easiest September I can remember in forever

If my math doesn’t lie, the day the Yankees lose and the day we win, no matter when, we clinch the division, aren’t we?
