It's been 3 years since Josh Hamilton has played in any game ..3 reconstructive knee surgeries .I wonder after a year on his ass without even training but a rested knee is he worth a call up ? Just Strait DH for one last run at a ring .I know it's nuts but why the hell not ? He's 36 .

The reason it makes no sense to get too high on a SOX offensive explosion is because one never knows who's in playing condition for the next game. Edited by SPLENDIDSPLINTER

ERod is beginning to remind of that other lefty Felix Doubront. Tonight he didn't have his best stuff, so he just kind of went through the motions. And, to top it off, he was late covering 1B. It looks like he is gaining some weight too.

And Cora seems t encourage it as well. I am beginning to wonder if he wanders through the clubhouse before games as the players are coming in off the street stopping at each locker to ask "gee are you OK after last night? Hang nail maybe.....sore toe.......crotch rot????"
