I will not accept anything less than 3 out of 4 in this split series. Ideally, we'll sweep the hapless Phils, but let's start with 3 out of 4.

Win!!!

Porcello is sucking again. I can't believe that I am wasting my "at the game " mojo on this turd and sitting on 90 heat.

Damn 700 that sucks.

Don't be so old. We young people like this heat.

What, no homers?

Yeah, it's crazy. Porcello's actually keeping the ball in the yard on a night with humidity and a strong breeze out to RF

Thanks. 2016 was an aberration for Porcello. He is a career 4 ERA pitcher period.

It's called one-hit-wonder hahaha

Anyways, hopefully our offense do something.

Says he who is watching the game on air conditioned comfort.

After school, I went to play golf today, and walked instead of taking a cart. And I've always loved playing baseball in this weather.

He reminds me of Mike McCormick who came up very young to the big leagues and was mediocre until age 28 when he won the Cy Young for the SF Giants with 22 wins and 2.85 ERA. Everyone thought that he had found himself. In the years that ensued, he never found it again.

Wharn are the Sox announcers going to stop rationalizing about Porcello? Can't remember a pitcher going from that good, to this bad. In one year.
