55 pitches 2 innings, and the second ended on a CS. Mighta been 70. Not much less tha Greg Maddux might have used for a complete game. I think JF is asleep.

 

When it's the entire starting staff, there's not much a manager can do. He can encourage/suggest/whatever, but in the end, players have to execute.

 

Quite frankly, I leave him out there to take the pounding. The pen can't pitch 5-6 innigs every game.

Price, Wright and Porcello are just fine. The other 40% of the rotation is atrocious and it will sink this team. It is not the whole rotation.
