We've already clinched a winning record on this homestand, the first time we've done that since the first homestand of the year, against the Nationals and Orioles. But, I want more, and I'm sure you do too. How about a sweep? We haven't done it all year. Imagine it. We can get a sweep today to acquire a 3 game win streak, the first in a while, and move back to 4 games under .500. But it gets better. We head down to Baltimore, and get ERod on the hill on Tuesday. There's a very realistic possibility that we could keep this thing going for a while. When I get out of school on June 17th (18th is the last day but I don't have a final to take), I expect this team to be at or above .500. Let's do it.

So I beckon you to muster up all of the passion you have and release it all into this team for the next few days. We can keep it moving. Now we're rolling. We've solved our starting pitching problems. Let's go!

RHP Kendall Graveman (3-2, 5.56) vs RHP Clay Buchholz (3-6, 3.82)

I like it Thunder! I get out of school on June 19th. What better way for both of us to start our summer vacations than to have our team in the midst of a hot streak and to be above .500?

Prepare to pull out your brooms, ladies and gentlemen. We are winning today! As I said yesterday, Thunder mojo will not be denied!

Get it done boys!

How about something other than a 4-2 win today? I'm thinking 14-2, if they even score 2.

Good Buch better show up today too.

Buch is like a box of chocolate.

I fully expect him to be outstanding right up to the moment he reverts to sucking.

Sox got this 6-4

GO SOX!!!!1!!!

I just turned to the pregame show for a minute. Nothing beats a warm Sunday at Fenway. The place is buzzing today. Just a gorgeous day, almost as gorgeous as two weeks ago when I was there. The fans just have that look on their face. The sound that the ticket machine makes is one of my favorite ballpark sounds. I just have a really good feeling that this is going to be a good day.

When I lived in walking distance, I always loved going down there with my dog before the games. The smell of cooking sausage. People just relaxing and drinking out on the patios. Then we'd head to the Charles and the pooch would go for a dip. Good times.

Nice play by Nap.

I think Nap's ability to field less than ideal throws is under appreciated by Sox fans.

Bad luck for Holt.

I was just saying the same thing. It was bound to happen, as he'd been good for a while.

He was lucky to get out of that last inning. He looked better.

I'm all over Buch for the most part.

However, there is now way to ignore that he has been pretty good for a while.

Even pitchers that consistently perform well will throw up an occasional stinker.

Today it was his turn.

No excuse for the bats to be so silent.
