I believe the Yankee organization is solely at fault here. $10 million in damages isn't enough, $100 million seems about right. I also think that penalty should be applied to their luxury tax threshold.

I agree with everything said above. This stupid law suite is only going to bring more attention to taking a nap in the stands. The guy needs to laugh at this because it is funny.
