How can I practice baseball throwing accuracy alone?

Depends on the type of "throwing". If it's pitching, it's not that simple, since you have to account for mechanics, pitch selection, etc.

Otherwise, do what Ozzie Smith did and spend years throwing a tennis ball at a concrete wall.

I used to use a lacrosse ball to strengthen my arm. Too heavy and you hurt your shoulder, too light you can do the same and there's no strength benefit. A lot of young middle infielders take ground balls or turn two on a bag and throw into hoop nets. The better ones are square, and have a grid like tic-tac-toe. They are great for pitching drills as well.

I had a pitch back as a kid, with a strike zone attached. The old man put tape on it to simulate a strike zone and used a portable rubber as a mound. I wore that thing out

This is exactly what I did. It was great way to get the repetitions when my dad or friends were not around.

Btw, I became friends with the late, great former pitcher/pitching coach Johnny Sain in the 1980s. He explained to me how he invented the pitch back concept.
