He stayed with Price way too long. If the Rays lose this game, it's pretty much over for them, and he let his starter get whacked around for 6 runs. That's just stupid when you have an off day tomorrow.

Really was more talking about Bres at that point in the game. I would have been very reluctant to keep Bres there at that point with Price still in the game AND pitching as he was at that point. Frankly Pedey bailed everybody out with a great play on that ball and a great turn on the DP. It is not like that was some weak assed dribbler.

 

That whole inning could easily have ended up with tie ballgame and Price hurling peas.
