Dempster didn't pitch last night and you were constantly negative in that thread as well. Sorry to disappoint you but it's only 2-0 not 4-0.

I can hardly wait until Dempster goes to the bullpen. The guy will be at 60 pitches after 3 and our pen is totally gassed from last night. I realize that win-losses don't mean much, but he is our only starter with less than a .500 record. Is his run support that bad? IMO, he's one of those guys that pitches just well enough to lose.

2-0 is still a ballgame. Need to do something before the Mariners make it 3-0 though or that could be damned difficult against King Felix.

If we weren't hitting, then I'd be worried about being down 2-0. But, we are getting hits off of Felix.

Very true. The truth of the matter is, he still has a better era than all of our starters did last year.

Are you actually watching the game? if it wasn't for a miscue on the pop up it would be a 1-1 game. It's still only 2-1.

Wish NESN gave us a better angle on the throw from LF. Sorta' looked like Ells and the ball would would have gotten there pretty close together if the throw went through, assuming it was a good throw. I could not even tell if the throw was on line from that angle.

The pop up screw up added about 10 pitches on his pitch count, otherwise he would be at about 60 pitches through 4 witch would be pretty good.
