So we are past the all star break, in an exciting dog fight but holding on to first place in the division, which we've held onto most of the year. Tonight after a bad first innings we are ahead of the Yankees and threatening to win this series..... and nothing but bitching about how bad different players are. Just curious what the s*** could this team do so you guys could enjoy them?

Ignore the drama llamas, most Red Sox fans are enjoying this very much.

Just disgusting man. Why the hell can pitchers not throw to 2B?? That's disgusting.

This game is already over w CC on the mound and you know Dempster will give up at least 7 in 5 IP

I am most certainly not marking these words.

I love how Yankees fans tried to tell me Sabathia was just having an unlucky first half. The more I watch him, the more obvious it is that he is not the same pitcher he was two years ago.

I love it. Simple and to the point.

Didn't hear it yesterday when the Sox were behind. It's the chant of frontrunners and simpletons. I hate it.

I would say that CC has done a better job on the downside of his FB velo than lets say Beckett did. For guys that throw the way CC does a couple miles an hour are a big deal and it ends up changing the other things he does on the mound. Heck he struggled in this ballpark when he was on top of his game. He can't be looking forward to games here.

Agree to disagree I guess. I don't look that far into it.

We're Red Sox fans and we're supposed to hate the Yankees. It's as simple as that in my opinion. I get what you're saying but I enjoy it regardless.

I have to agree with BTR. (Assuming you guys are talking about "Yankees Suck"?). It's short, simple, easily chanted, and accurately reflects the feelings of nearly everyone in Fenway Park. It will never get played out. There are few things more satisfying than listening to 30 thousand people all united in their hatred of the Yankees. It brings a tear to my eye and an uncomfortable erection to my pants.

In all fairness, it really started to look like Beckett just didn't give a s*** anymore near the end of 2012. But agreed, CC seems to be handling his 30's much better than Josh has for whatever reason.

You really should run for president. I'd campaign for you.
