Some jackass was telling me the other day that Cano is far superior to Pedroia all around. Pedroia is by far the better defender, also hits for a better average. Sure he doesn't have Cano's power, but it is the way he plays the game that makes him the better player. In my opinion, it is close, but Pedroia is the overall better player. Let me say that this doucehbag was a Yankees fan.
