This modest two win streak have been really nice. Now we have two starters with ERA in the 5s. Not quite the duel one would hope to see on a Sunday afternoon.

I mean the Red Sox as a team. They are a team built to hit LHP that doesn't hit LHP. The fact that Salty is basically Josh Hamilton against righties and Jack Wilson against lefties is not helping.

True story. He's still relatively young, and I just keep hoping he will "figure it out" and be able rack up quality starts consistently. He's got the stuff, that's for sure, but don't think he'll ever be more than an average 4 or 5.
