Latest rumbling have the Jets thinking QB but willing to listen to offers for their early picks. I'm guessing they trade back into the late first round with one of the picks(9 or 13) and select EJ Manuel.

Will Buffalo really reach for Nassib at 8? I think he's a good fit there but they need to try and get him later.

There's no telling what New England will do. They need to find another big quick TE(I know it's not easy) because they need a viable go to when one or both of Gronk and Hernandez are out, which is a lot.

This draft lacks start power but I'm thinking there could be some interesting trades to make the 1st round watchable.

Pats need a WR, DE, S and CB before they need a backup TE.

They probably are not picking anyone tonight anyway.

As for my USC projections: Barkley is ok, but will end up being a backup at best. Not worth a 2nd rounder. Robert Woods has great hands, is tough as nails, but seems to have a crappy attitude when playing from behind. If the Pats got Woods, he'd be productive, but he's not an outside the numbers guy.

Pats really need to think about drafting Brady's replacement and have him sit like Rogers did for a few years.

I'm not overly excited about any of these QB's. But if they don't get one this year they should really be looking next draft for sure.

And sorry didn't mean TE before the other needs, just one in the draft at some point.

Yeah, BB has a knack for finding good TE's. If there's one in the 3rd he covets, they may as well grab him.

Would be nice if Jets got Manuel, but I doubt it. Nassib is going to the Bills, pretty sure of it.

Would love to see UConn's Blidi Wreh-Wilson sneak into the first round. Would give CT a great sense of pride.

According to the collective bargaining agreement, 1st round picks are cost controlled for 5 years, 2nd rounders for 4.

Better chance Pats keeping the pick?

No way do they get a 2nd rounder for Mallett, right?

Trading down and keeping Austin away from the Jets was pretty smart - I am shocked at Nix for pulling that off.

I'm surprised we traded the pick. Always nice to cockblock the Jets :)

They have absolutely no f***ing linebackers and they pick a guy who wasn't even the top QB on many boards. The scouting report says he lacks touch on short passes and sometimes misses wide for no reason. So Ryan Fitzpatrick V.2.0. I have family who are Bills fans so I follow them and each time I think they'll finally do something right they just continue to f*** up.
