Yeah, looks like Sabathia's getting hit pretty hard. He gave up a home run to Sean Rodriguez and James Loney, who hasn't hit a home run off a lefty since 2011. His ERA is now over four.

I'd rather lose by a lot than by a little. A loss counts the same regardless of the score and I can stop watching earlier instead of being emotionally invested in a close game and then losing.

Yeah, not sure we're going to take advantage of the Yankees losing. The fact that Sabathia continues to struggle bodes well for us though. His ERA had been significantly lower than his xFIP for a while.

Whining is what we do best. There is always an excuse or an explanation when we suck, and we always over-rate our team when it is doing well. Both of our teams have been fortunate that Tampa's pen has turned to s*** and blown so many games in the late innings and that David Price has been terrible.

 

Rays are long overdue to have a season with a s***** bullpen. It would look good on them.
