Yep... 19-20-21 June.

 

In fact since then we have only won 3 or more on the trot once... When the Sox won 4 on the trot at the end of July, but that was 2 against the Stinkees & 2 against Detroit.

Seem to be doing OK in getting guys on base... just not getting them much closer to home than 2nd.

Lester's pitch count is currently in the mid-50's... Morrow's is close to 100.

 

That was pretty poor from Lester there though... an error & now 2 on & none out.

Wish I had seen more of this game. Lester must have pitched pretty well it would seem.

 

Lavs seems lost at the plate and has seemed lost at the plate this entire stint up here.

The streak ends. It has been so long I don't even know where the broom is any more. Lester was rolling along and then just like that it was 3-0. What are the Sox going to do with Bard? He went from one of the best set up men in baseball to a head case that can't pitch clean innings any more. One more loss and the Sox will have their first losing season in a long time.

Well I think a strong 4 is what he would be right now. So saying that is what he would be suggests that what we are seeing right now is what we are going to get. I still think he will improve from here. However I cannot get him up past a 3 as he would need to pass Buch at this point to be a 2 and I don't see him passing Buch unless he revitalizes himself quite a bit.
