Name says it all. Yu is pitching tonight, taking his 11-7, 4.38 record and ERA against Aaron Cook (2-5, 5.24). Not a good matchup for the Sox, but for the teams sake and for my mojo, all I can say is:

WIN!!!!!!

Great lineup' date=' this actually gives them a chance.[/quote']The question is whether our pitcher will give the team a chance. It has been the same issue all season long.

Clearly the real question is will we be down by 4-5 runs before we get out of the second or third inning.

I'll take the under, mainly because I think if/when Valentine sees two Cookies fly out of the park he'll be out to the mound on the dead run. But then, who would the long reliever be?

If Cook no hits them, I will run around my house naked and record it for all you guys to see. Just kidding.

I actually will do it if he no hits them.

They will have to take a more patient approach at the plate against Darvish. Seen him pitch 5+ times and some of the games have been against a particular team the 2nd time around. On 2nd look, teams have had much better success against him. He will give up his fair share of walks and, similar to Dice K, relies on hitters chasing out of the zone.

Cook has 2 strikeout his last 6 start. Chapman has more Ks on most night closing out games.

Cook has 4 K's and 4 BB's all season.

Lackey is a popular cub house guy? Say it all about this team. They accepted sucking and don't care.

also did they liked it when he throw a tantrums if they booted the ball?

He expects the defense to be perfect since he's far from perfect.

The last few offensive performances aren't going to work with the Rangers, they need to play like they're a top ranked offense team and outslug them. It's nice to see A-Gon is getting hot again but man I wish we had Ortiz.

I'd take the over on 3.5.

The thing about Cook - He doesn't just give up 1. He either gives up 0, or he gives up 3+.

He hasn't given up more than 2 in a game since April, 2009.
