6 innings, 3 ER IIRC. Not great but not awful either. Consider the fact that the orioles are playing to their talent level and we're facing Hammel and I like our chances.

It was needed. I thought they might give him one more start. I am glad this happened. He either needs to work on his stuff in AAA and if he is successful, then he might be worth giving another shot, otherwise he needs to stay down there and start to get back in the routine of being a reliever.

Is it me or was Aviles playing out of position there? He was playing pretty far to the left towards third. It is innings like this that piss me off. The O's should not have scored anything if Aviles didn't f*** up that grounder in the first place.
