This is a couple times in a row now that V has used Aceves to get out of a jam in the 8th and then close it in the 9th.

 

That is tough duty. V kinda' seems to be depending on this lately. I would prefer V find another way to get through these fixes. It is like he uses everybody up real quick and it looks like he is banking on Aceves coming in where he is that one pitcher short getting through the 8th. Man I don't like that. He has gotten away with it.

He pitched over 100 innings last yr, for now ( aslong as he's getting the job done) I dont think it will bother him.
