Everyone looked lifeless at the plate. Romero walks Ells & Pedroia but Gonzo, Youk, Ortiz cannot do a thing (okay, sac fly to advance runners woopee!!) is disheartening.

 

It's only the first six and we have the one extra win that we didn't have last year that would have put us in the playoffs, so... if only the red sox can now replicate last year w/a better sept starting on Friday the 13th.
