Manager. Players want to know who they are going to be playing for. I believe this is step #2 of the offseason. Step #1 was promoting Cherrington.

Less of a demand for new managers around the league. I think they are going to pick the entire coaching staff before anything is announced. A move for Beltran may happen sooner.
