Last game, against TOR, he was throwing the ball all over the place. He let up 5 runs, but only 2 of them were earned. The other 3 were on his own errors. He does not throw well under pressure. Just look at last year's post season numbers. 4.97 ERA.

 

Rays lose on Wednesday. And if Colon can somehow muster up a decent start, the Yankees can beat Hellickson as well.

Red Sox Nation will demand someones head for this legendary embarrassment with this $$$$ roster. Who else but the manager can you hold responsible for a roster that pretty much gave up on the season by mid-August.

I'll hold up on the rant until I actually see what Lowrie does. It might work out but regardless he has no business being in the number 4 spot. I hope that HR he hit didn't fool Francona because he still hasn't produced much. However, if he goes 0-4 and leaves runners stranded I think he should get some s*** for it. I'm honestly shocked about this but we'll have to wait and see what happens. If it turns out good then I really can't complain so I'll wait it out.
