jacksonianmarch Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 The sox light up Romero and Andrew Miller sucks. This game might be 13-11
yeszir Site Manager Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 The sox light up Romero and Andrew Miller sucks. This game might be 13-11 Seems like a trend recently...
iortiz Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 And no CC... Something wrong with 'em?
MNSoxChief102 Verified Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 And no CC... Something wrong with 'em? Tito said nothing was wrong... just wanted to give them both a rest. They both have pretty bad lines against Romero.
MNSoxChief102 Verified Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Way to go Ells!! Let's get this s*** rolling right from the start!
Station 13 Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Ells is hot. The sac bunt is so stupid. Scoot is owning the skydome.
Jasonbay44 Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2011 Author Posted September 8, 2011 Yeah, Crawford and Gonzalez are getting days off. Crawford is like 2/20 in his career against Romero. I hate wasted opportunities.
iortiz Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Tito said nothing was wrong... just wanted to give them both a rest. They both have pretty bad lines against Romero. Gotcha! Good inning by Miller, unexpected, but a good inning. As long he keeps throwing strikes, he'll be fine, if not, be prepare for one of those walking-nights.
Jasonbay44 Community Moderator Posted September 8, 2011 Author Posted September 8, 2011 I hate our starting pitchers
MNSoxChief102 Verified Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 I hate our starting pitchers If we don't win the WS it will be because of them, not our offense. They're the weakest link right now
Cocos Disciples Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Same old same for Miller.
iortiz Old-Timey Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Why not try with our farm?, Are they that bad?... Miller, Wake and Lackey are a granted lose every single day at this point... What else can you lose? Nothing! IMO.
TedWilliams101 Verified Member Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Seriously. We are supposed to have this awesome farm system that we aren't going to trade, yet we have absolute crap throwing on the mound every 4th and 5th days.
mvp 78 Community Moderator Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 If Buch doesn't get injured, Sox run away with the division. Right now, these games are just practice for the playoffs. Hope Becks comes back ok and Bedard can pitch well in Oct. If they could get an 04 Bronson Arroyo playoff performance from Buch, we could see another duck boat parade. The next two weeks are meaningless.
NativeBostonian Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Come one. We don't have any other pitcher better then Wake and this ass that's on the hill tonight. :thumbdown
NativeBostonian Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 How about Felix Doubront? He did well when he was called up.
VAUGHANY Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Hi all I am new on here, Red Sox fan from England, if there is any other UK Red Sox fans on here feel free to get in contact Now on to the game.... 1.20 am in England, tired and frustrated for the god knows what time in the past few weeks. I though before the Yankees series that by tonight the division would be ours how wrong i was What has gone wrong!!
SoxSport Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I swear I saw the fat lady lingering in the wings...
VAUGHANY Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 loudly singing very loudly ffs that 6am alarm is getting close now for work, go to bed and forget the pain or stay up and pray for a miracle
crc2120 Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 This offense is f***ing bi-polar. They score 14 runs one night, and they're being shut down by a piece of s*** like Romero tonight....WTF?!?! We had 2 chances to pick up games on the Yankees....and blew it.
BecKett Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 What has gone wrong!! Tim Wakefield, Andrew Miller, John Lackey
VAUGHANY Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 As we say in England - nuff said

crc2120 Verified Member Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I guess have pieces of crap like Varitek, Lowrie, and McDonald in the lineup doesnt help.....
