This team would be a Murderer's Row with him added.[/quote']The other alternative with Lowrie coming back to earth with his bat and clanking his glove around lately like its iron is Jose Reyes. He has 11 or 12 triples already this season. He's a tremendous talent.

Would be great trade him... but if we can not go for him, we already have McDonald and Reddick and both could be around .250-.270, they are young, have speed... i don't know why insist in Drew and Cameron, both are done!

He is, but I'm not sure I could take any more of the "speed at the top" arguments that would follow if we added him.

Haha sorry but I'm about to log off. I signed in real quick to read a couple post. I have a test tomorrow that I need to wake up really early for. It's called the ACT not sure if you ever heard of it but it's basically for college. The good news is the Sox are undefeated when I don't watch so add a win to the win column.

lol hehehe... well, we can set another mini-lineup starting in the 6th spot....:thumbsup:

 

EDIT: Reyes is .335 BA/.383 OBP this season. Beltran is .282 BA/.366 OBP this season.

The debate would be great.

I think the market for Reyes is going to be twice that of Beltran. We can probably steal Beltran for next to nothing, but Reyes would require some decent prospects and a bit of a bidding war.

I find it interesting that any team would start Jo Jo Reyes. The guy literally didnt win over a span of a full season. 27 straight starts without a win. At that point, you just take your glove and go home

Also, they might still be considering whether to retain Reyes witha long term deal, but i doubt they will. They just don't have the funds.
