I see, then that begs the question, why isnt that done all the time!!

 

Regardless, Cervelli will have a game where he explodes and we forget his shortcomings. He's a "defensive" catcher who led the league in errors last season, as a backup. His bat can carry as a backup, but your backup needs to be defense first, and he isnt. Dont get me wrong, Cervelli blocks balls with the best of them. But his arm and his decision making is awful

That wild pitch killed us. I dont know how Gardy doesnt take home on that. That would have made the game 8-6 and the groundout would have made it 8-7 with Grandy up and the tying run in scoring position. Instead, captain f***ing double play sucked in the clutch again and we got f***ed. Seriously, I love Jeter and think he is a surefire HOFer, but he f***ing sucks nowadays. f***ing sucks
