I see, then that begs the question, why isnt that done all the time!!

 

Regardless, Cervelli will have a game where he explodes and we forget his shortcomings. He's a "defensive" catcher who led the league in errors last season, as a backup. His bat can carry as a backup, but your backup needs to be defense first, and he isnt. Dont get me wrong, Cervelli blocks balls with the best of them. But his arm and his decision making is awful

It's the first time that I heard about the drill. Tomorrow everyone will hit it.

It wont matter. Whomever you throw out there for the next 9 outs will allow exactly 2 runs and have the Yanks leave a total of 5 men on base

One of my fraternity brothers actually did that. He was spinning a girl from cowgirl to reverse cowgirl, and it snapped. True story.

 

So pull out then re-insert when changing positions.
