Italian - What's the word on the ends of the draft (1 and 16). If they miss their first pick, I guess they get 16 hours for their 2nd?

So, for example, lets say I was skipped this round, and I hadn't signed back on for like 4 days and missed 3 rounds. All my picks would be skipped, right?

 

Now, when I did return, would I have to wait until it was my go again, or could I come in and pick up 3 players immediately?

No. If 8 hours goes by and they hadn't made their picks, then both get skipped. It's not like we'd wait ANOTHER 8 hours for them to make their second pick. The 8 hours would apply to both picks.

 

And as in previous redrafts, if many people get skipped, we'll turn the window down to 6 hours. Thus far we've done really well and have only had 1 person get skipped thus far. Anyone who has done a few of these redrafts know how special the pace has been thus far.

Not technically, but you were skipped during your last pick. So you can use your make up pick now, and stay online because your next pick is coming up soon (after Will, Will again, Divinity, and Ytrb)

Sorry you all it hought iw as going to be on faster and quicker but i had a long traveling day ahead of me Wednesday and i found out that it costs 20 dollars for every one dollar used of MB on my phone. So i am just at the hotel lobby now and will be able to make picks, for now on i will check in the morning and the night

Just send someone (or a few people) your ideal pick for this round and 1-2 backups. Then it'll be a while before your next pick comes up, since you already made up your last pick. Just make sure you send someone (or 2) your pick and 1-2 backups BEFORE you log off.

The next few people (divinity, ytrb, exman) should make sure that someone has their picks in case they go online. We don't want to waste the time that you guys were online, so if you do go offline, just make sure that someone has your picks so we can steamroll through some of these draft spots.
