I thought that Dipre had posted this already, but he came up with the idea of having a 2 day free agency period after the draft is over (when Flynnatic makes his damn picks).

 

However, to discourage people from adjusting picks, people have to pay the FULL salary of the players that they pick up, and 10% of the salary of the players they drop. That should make a fair for those who drafted their players right the first time. And since I doubt that any teams are in danger of going over the cap, it shouldn't be a huge deal. Thoughts?

Why don't we have the 2 day free agency period towards the end of Spring Training, in case players we drafted suffer season-ending or severe injuries?

In all fairness we have until the beginning of the season to get this done, so I'm not worried. Worst case scenario, I'll make his picks. And I'm sure that if we had to guess someone that would take forever to make his picks, that we'd all guess that it would be Flynnatic.
