Nah. Last time we faced him in '09 we tagged him for 6 ER in 3 2/3.

Hopefully we do the same. Castiglione had today that he seems to get the best of us sometimes. Hope he has a s*** outing.

We have Clay going so i have faith.

I still can't believe you guys beat Greinke.

Who ever thought a game against Greinke would end up with the opposition scoring 8 runs.

Might be a whitewash. If Meche isnt back to his old self with his 94mph heater and that knee-buckling curve, the game might be over by the 3rd. Will be interesting to see what Buch will bring to the table

Heres hoping Meche is the guy that helps Papi break out

UPDATE, 11:21a.m.: J.D. Drew has a stiff neck, which is why Hermida is in. Drew should play tomorrow. Beyond that, a quiet morning here in Kansas City.

I must tell you...after years of fearing your lineup, especially with the PED Boys probably the most fearsome duo baseball had seen in years...your lineup is really ordinary. Spots 5-9 are pretty much a vacation [today's lineup].

I also must tell you... I would much rather have the Sox do what they did in the off-season given the market and have flexibility going forward than spend $120 million on Matt Holliday.

PED boys, huh? As opposed to the clean, pure, drug free talent the Yankees have sported over the last few years?

Yes, Manny and Ortiz tested positive. But there is an old saying: People who were banned once for trying to instigate arguments by making douchebag statements on a site dedicated to a different team than the one they root for shouldn't throw stones.

Last night against Greinke, with 3 bench players in the game... the Sox won 8-3

You mean you would not have been happy if V-Mart had walked?;)

Don't second-guess Coco. He's always happy with a walk, they keep the line moving.
