Pretty good start by Lester so far. Rem-Dog was talking about how good the pitching staff is for both clubs when the game 2 matchup is Lester/Kazmir. I still say Kazmir will cough it up at some point tonight.

Humber, Deolis Guerra, Gomez, and I think there was a 4th guy I forget. None of them are really getting the job done for Minnesota. We were definitely giving up more in that deal, especially if it also cost us Masterson.

Through 2, per the pfx tool at Brooksbaseball.net, Kazmir has been gifted 4 strikes, all away at the bottom of the zone to RH batters, and none have been taken from him. Lester has no gifts and one near the top of the zone taken. That's a 5 call discrepancy through 2. Here's to hoping that turns around and evens out the rest of the game.
