Sometimes I wonder about the conventional wisdom about lefthanded throwers not being really able to play 3B. He'd have to have a pretty good arm but I don't really think it's that impossible. Was thinking of that watching Lowell go after that grounder -- a lefty maybe makes that play a bit more easily.

 

It's just surprising to me that you never really see it.

Its weird because Kazmir doesn't usually get calls. He has a reputation as being wild. Maybe this ump is a Rays fan?
